So when we cleaned off the back patio, we noticed a bird nest in the rafters. Well, it turned out to be a hummingbird nest. We have watched them grow. At first you could only see the nest, then two little beaks poking out, then two heads. Since I have taken the picture one little guy as figured out how to fly and buzzes all around trying to convince the other one to try it. It has been a lot of fun to watch.

What a cool picture . . . our friend "sally" is gone - I think her food grew mold and she died or something. Oh well, I've decided hummingbirds are high maintenance, so we'll enjoy yours instead :)
